 uptive change. Packed with actionable learning strategies\, participants wi
 ll experience an interactive virtual program with an IMS thought leader and
  receive post-session support through micro-learning lessons and a discussi
 on board.</p></div><p><strong>About This Session</strong></p><p>High-achiev
 ing professionals often feel like they’re never doing enough despite consta
 nt effort\, results\, and recognition. In this session\, Susan J. Schmitt W
 inchester shows how unconscious emotional patterns from childhood silently 
 shape careers today. From imposter syndrome and perfectionism to over-funct
 ioning and fear of speaking up\, these patterns lead to burnout\, self-doub
 t\, and career stagnation.</p><p>Grounded in Susan’s executive experience\,
  this program gives leaders tools to reclaim energy\, access their full pot
 ential\, and lead with clarity and confidence.</p><p>These 60-minute IMS li
 ve virtual programs provide a quick dive into key topics that are critical 
 to organizations during a time of disruptive change. Packed with actionable
  learning strategies\, participants will experience an interactive virtual 
 program with an IMS thought leader and receive post-session support through
  micro-learning lessons and a discussion board.</p><p><strong>Susan Winches
 ter</strong></p><p>Susan has over 36 years of HR leadership\, including 16 
 as CHRO for Fortune 150 and 500 companies Applied Materials\, Rockwell Auto
 mation\, The Kellogg Company\, Managing Decisions\, Inc. and the Federal Re
 serve Bank of Chicago giving her a unique perspective on the challenges lea
 ders face across industries and cultures. Her work\, in partnership with th
 e executive team and members of the HR team earned the prestigious Catalyst
  Award for creating a Culture of Inclusion at Rockwell Automation and a nom
 ination and recognition as an NAHR Fellow. Susan has a master’s degree in I
 ndustrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University\, double
  bachelor’s degrees from Albion College\, Michigan\, in Psychology and Fren
 ch and international studies at the University of Grenoble\, France.</p><p>
 Susan is honored to be included in the prestigious “100 Marshall Goldsmith
