  Learning Path\, a curated learning journey for WashU staff who want to lea
 d with purpose\, confidence and impact – no matter their role. This path of
 fers six engaging instructor-led workshops (available virtually and in pers
 on) and three flexible on-demand courses\, all designed to help you build t
 he mindset\, skillset and habits to lead from within. The sessions within t
 he path do <strong>not</strong> need to be taken in a specific order\, allo
 wing you to progress at your own pace and based on your interests.  <strong
 >These courses are available to all WashU staff and faculty at all levels</

 </strong><br />Effective conflict management is crucial for building strong
 er work relationships. By fostering open communication\, empathy\, and coll
 aboration\, disagreements can be transformed into opportunities for growth 
 and mutual understanding. Strategies like active listening\, positive reinf
 orcement\, and seeking common ground can help de-escalate tensions and prom
 ote constructive dialogue.</p><p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Objecti
