Building a Learning Plan Core Workshop
In comparing our well-understood real self and our ideal self\, we can
identify areas in which we are already at our ideal\, and areas in which we
have a gap toward achieving it. In the areas in which there is a gap\, we
can focus our intentional development efforts on crossing the gap – bringin
g our real self closer to our ideal in one or more ways. The learning plan
can be as simple as taking a course\, or as complex as trying a new behavio
r and seeking feedback on its effectiveness. Developing a learning plan is
a critical event in Intentional Change. In Workshop 3\, we will discuss met
hods for developing a learning plan\, including exploring local and distanc
e options\, utilizing mentoring\, coaching\, and other relationships.<
