 peak up\, 4.0 empowers participants to proactively combat bias and prejudic
 ial statements/behaviors made on campus. Participants will engage in activi
 ties that assess:</p><ul><li><strong>Where are we now?</strong><br />The cu
 rrent state of diversity\, equity and inclusion</li><li><strong>Where do we
  want to be?</strong><br />What a warm\, welcoming\, diverse\, and inclusiv
 e Washington University School of Medicine would look like</li><li><strong>
 What does it take to get there?</strong><br />Identifying the challenges an
 d opportunities to accomplish the diversity\, equity and inclusion goals</l
