 e Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion</strong>\, the session draws on 
 approaches from medical humanities and diversity\, equity\, and inclusion e
 ducation to explore how personal experiences\, cultural perspectives\, and 
 assumptions shape the ways we interpret others.</p><p data-start="1051" dat
 a-end="1374">Through guided observation and discussion\, participants will 
 explore how perspective and narrative influence communication\, workplace c
 ulture\, and climate\, and how greater awareness of these dynamics can supp
 ort more thoughtful and inclusive engagement with patients\, colleagues\, a
