 er extraordinary contributions to the fields of leadership\, innovation\, a
 nd organizational effectiveness. We are delighted that she has accepted our
  invitation to share her insights with the IMS community.</p><p class="wp-b
 lock-paragraph">In this program\, <strong>Dr. Hill</strong> will explore ho
 w leaders can unlock innovation across teams\, functions\, and enterprises\
 ; why scaling genius requires more than hiring talented individuals\; and w
 hat it takes to build cultures where creativity\, collaboration\, and disci
 plined execution reinforce one another. Participants will gain a deeper und
 erstanding of how leadership must evolve in an era defined by complexity\, 
 speed\, and constant reinvention. This session offers practical guidance fo
 r leaders seeking to build organizations that learn faster\, adapt smarter\
 , and turn human potential into enterprise-wide impact.</p><p class="wp-blo
 ck-paragraph"><strong>Facilitator</strong>: <strong>DR. LINDA HILL</strong>
 </p><p class="wp-block-paragraph">Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham
  Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Facult
 y Chair of the Leadership Initiative. She is one of the world’s foremost ex
 perts on leadership and innovation. Recognized multiple times by Thinkers50
  as a top ten global management thinker (2013\, 2021\, 2025)\, she received
  the Thinkers50 Innovation Award and was named an Innovation Luminary by Fr
 ont End of Innovation.</p><p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hill coauthored Gen
 ius at Scale: How Great Leaders Drive Innovation (March 2026)\, introducing
  three essential roles for leading innovation across organizations and ecos
 ystems: architect\, bridger\, and catalyst. The book was shortlisted for th
 e 2025 Thinkers50 Innovation Award. She is also the coauthor of award-winni
 ng books\, Collective Genius and Being the Boss\, and her TED talk on colle
 ctive creativity has over three million views.</p><p class="wp-block-paragr
 aph">Hill co-founded Paradox Strategies and InnovationForce\, an AI-driven 
 innovation platform. She advises leading global organizations including Goo
 gle\, Microsoft\, NASA\, Novartis\, Salesforce\, and the Federal Reserve\, 
 and serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards.</p><p class="wp-bloc
