 ong><em>Having feedback training expertise within the department is a great
  opportunity to showcase some of our educators in support of our staff and 
 faculty even more broadly. Having a learning approach to professional devel
 opment is a great start\, what we need to learn is where we are effective a
 nd where our opportunities for growth exist. This will be a specific applic
 ation of our Crucial Conversations<sup>®</sup> practice\, and a reminder of
  the Intentional Change Theory and application – making use of the feedback
