 alth treatment for WashU employees and their dependents. Alicia’s specialty
  is treating trauma in high functioning individuals. She holds multiple tra
 uma therapy certifications\, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reproce
 ssing (EMDR)\, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)\, and Int
 egrative Treatment of Complex Trauma (ITCT). Alicia is also trained as a St
 ar Behavioral Health Provider for military personnel and their families. Al
 icia is currently pursuing her PhD. Her area of research (and passion) is t
 he mental health and well-being of female medical faculty/professionals. Al
 icia also teaches psychology to undergraduate students. She is an avid runn
 er and yogi who loves to read\, attend comedy shows and musicals\, and trav
