 g participants to reflect on and actively practice reframing internal biase
 s before applying reframing in an interpersonal context as a means of upsta
 nding\, promoting accountability\, and building inclusive community.   Toge
 ther\, we will also learn how to recognize patterns of bias and interrupt b
 ias initiators and consider how we can repair relationships when bias has c
 aused harm.</p><p><strong>Objectives:</strong></p><ul><li><span role="prese
