In recognition of Disability Pride Month\, this Perspe ctives Dialogue explores the experiences of individuals living with invisib le disabilities in workplace and learning environments. Through this conversation\, par ticipants will have an opportunity to:

Inc rease awareness of invisible disabilities and how they may affect individua ls in workplace and learning environments
Exa mine common misconceptions and barriers faced by individuals with non-visib le disabilities
Reflect on ways colleagues an d institutions can foster more inclusive and supportive environments

Together\, we will consider how greater awareness\, empathy\, and int entional practices can help foster a more supportive and inclusive communit y.
