 p><strong>Building a Learning Plan Core Workshop<br /></strong><em>In compa
 ring our well-understood real self and our ideal self\, we can identify are
 as in which we are already at our ideal\, and areas in which we have a gap 
 toward achieving it. In the areas in which there is a gap\, we can focus ou
 r intentional development efforts on crossing the gap – bringing our real s
 elf closer to our ideal in one or more ways. The learning plan can be as si
 mple as taking a course\, or as complex as trying a new behavior and seekin
 g feedback on its effectiveness. Developing a learning plan is a critical e
 vent in Intentional Change. In Workshop 3\, we will discuss methods for dev
 eloping a learning plan\, including exploring local and distance options\, 
 utilizing mentoring\, coaching\, and other relationships.</em></p><p><a cla
