Our department is offering four Pr ofessional Development Core Workshops\, one per month\, beginning in March 2023 through June 2023. Each month there will be a 1-hour workshop on a development topic\, a 1-hour workshop on a fundamental self-awareness or skill topic\, and an optional Calm-based short course learning program.
Applying my Strengths Skills Workshop
We w
ill start with a direct assessment of our learning styles preferences\, and
move into an understanding of our strengths themes as an additional founda
tion for identifying a path for growth. We will also be developing more exp
ertise in understanding others’ talents from a diversity and inclusion lens
\, recognizing the opportunity to get to know one another in a safe\, suppo
rtive\, learning-oriented workshop.
