 p><strong>Coaching Skills for Peers and Mentors Skills Workshop<br /></stro
 ng><em>Coaching is a skill set that can be effectively used at every level 
 and for peers\, reports\, and even in managing up. It also relies on some o
 f the same communication framework learned in Crucial Conversations<sup>®</
 sup>. We will teach and practice these skills\, and the participants will t
 hen have homework – coach one another at regular intervals to complete the 
 Intentional Change cycle. This will add a great skillset for developing oth
 ers\, foster a coaching-culture within the group\, and increase accountabil
 ity for the changes our participants elect to make.</em></p><p><a class="bu
