Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 – Unconscious Bias
Facilitators provide experiential activities that align wit h American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) materials to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something that every individual holds. This intera ctive training aims to highlight the concept of unconscious bias and how it influences individuals daily and provide tangible tools for it.
How to at tend the training: This is an in-person training in FLTC Room 302 .
What to do after training is completed: After the training has been completed and the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusi on completes the update\, learners receive a system-generated Email from Wa shington University Workday Learning. The Email contains a link to the eva luation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action message s of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training but the evaluation.
