To apply for the Perioperative Medicine Fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine, please submit the following:
- A completed application
- Current CV
- Personal statement expressing your interest in the field of perioperative medicine
- USMLE scores
- ABA Board Scores, if available
- 3 letters of recommendation written within the past year (preferably one from your residency director)
