David Moquin, MD
David Moquin, MD, is an anesthesiologist in the general and perioperative medicine divisions.
Prior to joining WashU, he graduated with his MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He completed his residency in 2021 at Washington University and stayed as faculty.
Before his medical career, he taught high school in Mississippi, where he met his wife, Rachel, who also works in the Department of Anesthesiology as the Director of Learning and Development.
On-campus, you can usually find him in the trauma OR or in the CPAP clinic. His primary interests are resident and medical student education, trauma, wellness, and preoperative optimization and planning.
Off-campus, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons (Noah and Thomas), watching college football, or traveling with his family.
