Grace Franklin is a St. Louis native whose journey reflects her unwavering commitment to compassionate care and intentional connection. As one of the final graduates of the St. Louis Desegregation Program, Grace’s life work is deeply rooted in creating pathways for equitable access, holistic wellbeing, and community resilience.

With dual expertise as a certified registered nurse anesthetist and embodiment coach, Grace integrates her advanced clinical knowledge with the art of somatic healing, offering innovative approaches to wellness and leadership. She is the founder of Encountering Grace Health & Wellness, where she empowers individuals and organizations to embrace mindfulness and cultivate practices that enrich both personal and professional lives.

Grace’s ethos is driven by compassionate curiosity—she believes that understanding begins with presence and intentional listening. Her passion for nurturing community extends beyond her professional work; she actively mentors students, collaborates with local initiatives, and inspires others to lead lives of purpose and connection.
