Dr. Rosemary Foster is an instructor in the division of Pediatric Anesthesiology. She completed fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology as well as her residency in Anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Foster joined the faculty in 2016.
