All WashU employees are invited to attend our biannual Take Care Fairs. These events are designed to support employee well-being and provide valuable health resources. They’re held twice a year, alternating between the WashU Medicine and Danforth Campuses.
Spring 2026 Take Care Fair on the WashU Medicine Campus
Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 10am to 2pm
Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC), WashU Medicine Campus
Join us on campus for a variety of well-being activities, including:
- On-site health screenings
- Purchase local food and goods from the vendors at the WashU Farmers Market
- Nutrition guidance and healthy snacks from the MyWay to Health team
- Kickoff for Good Nurtured, our spring wellness challenge
- Personal consultations with WashU’s UnitedHealthcare Nurse Advocates
- Expert guidance from our Family Care Facilitator about work-life balance and family support resources
- Comprehensive financial wellness support
- Support for growing families through BenefitBump, a partner that helps navigate WashU’s family-friendly benefits
- Relaxing 5-minute chair massages
- Attendance prizes and more!
Participants can also visit with representatives from university departments and vendors including TIAA, UnitedHealthcare, WashU Medicine Physicians and WashU Medicine Psychiatry. View the full list of vendors that will be attending.
