Eric embarked on his journey at Washington University in August 2011. From 2011 to 2019, Eric worked for two different departments, Anesthesiology and Psychiatry, starting as a Desktop Support Tech and later earning a promotion to Desktop Support Supervisor. During this time, he provided desktop and helpdesk phone support.
In 2019, Eric transitioned to a different role, becoming a Supervisor for the WUIT Access Management Team. Since 2020, Eric has been serving as a Research Technology Manager, supporting the Department of Anesthesiology — specifically the Division of Research in the realm of IT.
Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Security Systems from ITT Technical College and an associate’s degree in Computer Networking Technology from Vatterott Technical College.
Outside of work, Eric loves to spend quality time with his wife and children, read, participate in his church community, and bowl!
