Department of Anesthesiology Featured Member: October 2026

Melissa Murray joined the Department of Anesthesiology in February 2021 and is currently a Clinic Manager with a BJH homebase. Melissa provides administrative and operational leadership to support the department’s clinical teams and daily operations. With an MBA in Healthcare Administration, Melissa brings a strong foundation in healthcare leadership, organizational management, and operational strategy to her role. She works closely with clinical leadership and administrative staff to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and departmental processes.

In her free time Melissa enjoys her greatest adventures, Austin(22) an entrepreneur, who lives in Chicago and is not a Cubs fan, Avery(18) a lacrosse player and senior at Ladue currently working on her college selection, and her caboose baby Ayla(3) living her best toddler life. Melissa also enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying all the coffee spots.
