Summer works on long-term faculty scheduling, coordinates meetings for Drs. McAllister and Chilson, and maintains division-wide documentation. In addition to this, Summer helps out with CRNA, fellow and resident schedules, coordinating visitors in the OR, new employee onboarding, and staffing projections.
