Gemma has worked in the Critical Care division since 2017 and is the executive assistant for the Division Chief of Critical Care Medicine.
Gemma was born and raised in the United Kingdom and came to the U.S. in 2010 on a track and field scholarship at MSU. Gemma met her wife, Amber, in college, and they have a three-year-old daughter, Lainey.
