Designed to enhance leadership skills to navigate and address complex interpersonal situations that may arise in professional settings.
This program will utilize interactive techniques to walk leaders through a series of challenges that they should be prepared to face in the establishment of a culture of inclusivity and civility within their areas.
For faculty leaders at the School of Medicine.

Learning Objectives
- Enhance leadership skills in navigating highly complex performance and emotionally charged challenges for an inclusive and civil culture
- Provide tools to rapidly address and manage complex behavioral situations
- Increase understanding of the multifaceted interaction of policies and practices that exist within our academic medical center

This workshop consists of two 2-hour sessions and are in person.
