We are committed to championing their personal and professional development, prioritizing their well-being and work-life balance, and fostering a culture of empowerment.

This is for women across the entire department, including residents, students, and staff!

Women of WUDA is a hub for women-led professional development with a focus on the specific needs of our department. We will host an annual retreat and frequent updates that center around professional development, education, and networking opportunities throughout the year.
