Dr. Cathy Krucylak completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania prior to completing a Pediatric Anesthesia fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Krucylak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine; she joined our division in July 1993.
