On Tuesday, July 26th from 12-1 pm we will host a virtual celebration of the passing of the American with Disabilities Act. The event will start with a brief look at how advocacy led to policies and culture shifts that have advanced disability inclusion in the U.S. That will be followed by a panel discussion focusing on what is happening in this area here at Washington University School of Medicine. Panelist will include representatives from Disability Support Services and a newly formed student affinity group, Students and Healthcare Abilities Coalition (SHAC).
