The Department of Anesthesiology at WashU Medicine recognizes the incredible value, and the unique and powerful perspective that women bring to our organization. We are committed to championing their personal and professional development, prioritizing their well-being and work-life balance, and fostering a culture of empowerment. 

This is for women across the entire department, including residents, students, and staff!

Women of WUDA is a hub for women-led professional development with a focus on the specific needs of our department. We will host an annual retreat and frequent updates that center around professional development, education, and networking opportunities throughout the year.
