In addition to Shawn’s clinical and leadership responsibilities, he has also completed training in WUDA Operational Excellence, Professional Development, ILE Coaching, and LEAD Coach. He is also about to receive an Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University later this month. Currently, Shawn serves as a DEI Champion for our department and continues to remain active in the Army National Guard where he serves as a Senior PA and Flight PA.
