We are thrilled to announce that Maggie Bradley and Caroline Phillips have accepted the role of CRNA Team Leaders in Parkview Tower (PVT) and will join Elizabeth Schappe in leading this ever-growing POD!
In this role, Caroline and Maggie will work closely alongside Elizabeth and other physician POD and clinical leadership to assist with orientation, onboarding, and the evaluation of new CRNAs, help develop protocols for specialty areas, and serve as a liaison between the Department of Anesthesiology and members of perioperative services.
Maggie has been a CRNA with the department since 2020 and works at both Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital! She has extensive leadership experience, serving as an organ procurement coordinator and team leader at Mid-America Transplant prior to anesthesia school. At Mid-America Transplant, Maggie assisted with staff deployment, communication with surgical teams, and training new staff.
