Sherry McKinnon

Sherry is the Manager of Clinical Research – Regulatory & Compliance for the Department of Anesthesiology. Sherry completed her undergraduate and masters degrees at Washington University. She started at Washington University in 2003 in the Human Research Protection Office where she got her start working with human research regulations. In 2011 she became a certified clinical research professional. She also joined the Division of Clinical and Translational Research (DoCTR) in 2011 as the Clinical Research Specialist overseeing the department’s regulatory for human subjects research.

In 2017, she became the Manager of Clinical Research for the division and is responsible for the management of the department’s regulatory, compliance, and education for human subjects research.
