Dear Colleagues –
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Ankita Satpute joined the Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis on July 1, 2023. She will have appointments in the Divisions of Regional and Ambulatory Anesthesiology and General Anesthesiology.
Dr. Satpute received her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH, before completing her Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Pain Management Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in Acute Pain and Regional Anesthesia also at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. With one year of attending experience behind her, we have been successful in recruiting her to join our faculty here at Washington University School of Medicine.
She has clinical interests in trainee education and quality improvement. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and lazy weekends with her puppy, Lana.
