Dear Colleagues –
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Ziyan Song joined the Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis on August 1, 2023. He will have appointments in the Divisions of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine.
Dr. Song received his medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, FL, before moving to St. Louis, where he completed his Residency in Anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesia at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. We have been successful in recruiting him back to Washington University School of Medicine to join our faculty.
Please welcome Dr. Song as a new faculty member at the School of Medicine and Department of Anesthesiology.
