MLK 2022 – Cultivating Change – Keynote by Dr. Jonathan Metzl

This live streaming event is hosted by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI).

Dr. Metzl is a Frederick B. Rentschler II Professor of Sociology and Psychiatry at Vanderbilt University, where he is also Director of the Center for Medicine, Health, and Society.  He will discuss his book ” Dying of Whiteness: How the Politics of Racial Resentment is Killing America’s  Heartland: followed by conversation with Dean Perlmutter.
