Manager of Clinical Trials and Operations - Interim
Linda is currently the manager of clinical trials and operations in the Division of Clinical and Translational Research (DoCTR). She started in radiation oncology clinical research before joining DoCTR. She is a SOCRA certified clinical research professional with experience in project management, clinical trial feasibility review, trial design, as well as study start-up and execution. Most recently, she has been working as the project manager for the clinical coordinating center of an international COVID-19 clinical trial studying a possible alternative approach to boost the immune response to SARS-CoV-2.
Prior to starting at WashU, Linda spent nearly ten years on the west coast, and then five years living aboard. She spent a month backpacking around Europe before returning to her family and hometown. Since returning to St. Louis, Linda has spent her time re-acclimating to Midwest weather, and eating lots of Imo’s and gooey butter cake. In her spare time, Linda enjoys binge watching Kdramas, trying out overly-ambitious cooking recipes, and in the last couple of years – Olympic weightlifting. In fact, she hopes to qualify for a national weightlifting competition soon!
