We are pleased to announce and introduce our 2025-26 chief residents: Drs. Nathan Achilly, Brandon DeClouette, and Arianna Montes de Oca. These exceptional individuals were selected through a vote by their resident peers and faculty. We want to extend our congratulations to them, as well as acknowledge the many highly qualified and deserving candidates in this year’s selection process.

His clinical and research interests include pediatric anesthesia and genetic disorders, and he plans to pursue a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology after residency.

Dr. DeClouette earned his bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and both a master of science in applied anatomy and a medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. He has taught gross anatomy and neuroanatomy at the undergraduate level. His clinical interests include medical education and mentorship. He plans to pursue a fellowship in regional anesthesia following residency.

Arianna Montes de Oca, MD
