Dan Fernandez, MD, appointed POD 2 Leader

Dan Fernandez, MD, has been appointed POD 2 Leader in the Department of Anesthesiology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. Fernandez will be partnering with WUSM colleagues, BJH perioperative leadership, and frontline clinicians in promoting safety, quality, and efficiency of perioperative care in POD 2.

Lattanand appointed as Vice-Chair for Clinical Operations

Chak Lattanand, MD, MBA, has been appointed as a Vice-Chair for Clinical Operations for Washington University’s Department of Anesthesiology. Dr. Lattanand will provide crucial leadership, including managing the clinical business of the department, and providing expertise in the areas of financial clinical operations, strategic planning, and contract/affiliation negotiations and management.
