Ashley Weinhold, MD, assistant professor in the Pediatric Anesthesiology division, was recently elected as a Clinical Representative to the Executive Committee of the Faculty Council (ECFC) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
As the Clinical Representative to the ECFC, Dr. Weinhold will serve for three years, working with other elected, volunteer members of the Pre-clinical and Clinical Departments and the non-Departmental Programs or Divisions of the School of Medicine. The officers of the ECFC rotate annually between a member of a Pre-clinical Department or Program and a Clinical Department or Program, and Dr. Weinhold’s appointment is a recognition of her expertise and leadership in the clinical field.
Dr. Weinhold has been a valuable member of the department and Washington University community, and her appointment to the ECFC is a testament to her dedication to advancing the interests of the faculty and improving the quality of education and research at the school.
